Sunday Morning (60 minute)
Recommended for first-time paddlers
10:00 AM - Meet at the garage 
10:20 AM - Pull away from the dock
11:30 AM - Return to dock

Tuesday Evening (60 minute)
This is racing practice, be prepared to sweat! Consider your current fitness level before attending as a first-time paddler
6:00 PM - Meet at the garage 
6:20 PM - Pull away from the dock
7:30 PM - Return to dock

Thursday Evening (60 minute)
Endurance practice! Consider your current fitness level before attending as a first-time paddler
6:00 PM- Meet at the garage 
6:20 PM - Pull away from the dock
7:30 PM - Return to dock

Saturday Morning (90 minutes paddle)
Recommended for first-time paddlers
09:00 AM - Meet at the garage 
09:20 AM - Pull away from the dock
11:00 AM - Return to dock

South Lake Union

Monday Evening (60 minute)
This is more strenuous racing practice, be prepared to sweat! Consider your current fitness level before attending as a first-time paddler
6:00 PM - Meet at Kenmore Air parking lot 
6:20 PM - Pull away from the dock
7:30  PM - Return to dock

Wednesday Evening (60 minute)
Recommended for first-time paddlers
6:00 PM - Meet at Kenmore Air parking lot
6:20 PM - Pull away from the dock
7:30 PM -  Return to dock

Thursday Evening (70-80 minutes)
We paddle from the Kenmore Air Terminal at Lake Union to the Ballard Bridge and back. This takes approximately 70 minutes but can vary based on water conditions and crew size.
Experienced Paddlers Only
6:00 PM - Meet at Kenmore Air parking  
6:20 PM - Pull away from the dock
7:40 PM - Return to dock

Saturday Morning (90 minute)
Recommended for first-time paddlers
8:00 AM - Meet at Kenmore Air parking lot 
8:20 AM - Pull away from the dock
